UNICEF is launching an emotional intelligence (EQ) assessment in the context of its “Managing People with Purpose” program. The Managing People with Purpose is a UNICEF global corporate programme designed to reach all managers, with both systematic capacity building and a support system/enabling environment around them. This initiative was initiated with the support of the Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director, Management.
